Unless specifically designated otherwise by the manufacturer, all products sold by Commonwealth Motorcycles are assumed to be designed and manufactured strictly for racing applications or incorporation on street machines that are used for racing. They are not intended for street use, and some products may, in some localities, be illegal for use on the street.
Motorcycle racing is a dangerous activity. While every effort has been made to ensure that products sold by Commonwealth Motorcycles, are designed and manufactured to the highest possible quality standards, Commonwealth Motorcycles, cannot assume responsibility for property damage or personal injury incurred by or concurrent with the use of the products, even if such damage or injury is the direct result of the failure of the product sold by Commonwealth Motorcycles.
Commonwealth Motorcycles assumes individuals performing the installation of its products to be certified professional motorcycle maintenance technicians or qualified race mechanics, who can make the judgments and adjustments which may be necessary in the installation process, and which cannot be anticipated by the product manufacturer or Commonwealth Motorcycles in advance, in order that the installation is a safe and proper one. Commonwealth Motorcycles assumes no responsibility for damage or personal injury that may be caused by the manner in which products sold are installed.
If you use products sold by Commonwealth Motorcycles, you use them at your own risk. We want you to be healthy, to ride safely, and enjoy a long lifetime of motorcycling. Please do not use any product if you are uncertain of your ability to properly install it.

We accept payment via Master Card and Visa through the online store as well as paypal payments where you can use all major credit cards or your bank account. We require payment in full on all orders at the time the order is placed. If there is going to be a substantial delay in your parts shipping we will work out other arrangements on an individual basis. Your order will not ship until the payment is collected and cleared in full. It is also possible to send payment to us in the form of a check or cashiers check. Please contact us for more information on this form of payment.
All payments are in US dollars. We do have a currency converter, but it is only to estimate pricing — it is not exact! The exchange rate you are charged will be whatever it is at the instant the credit card is processed or the paypal payment is made.
We have a minimum order amount of $25. If your order is less than that the system will automatically charge the difference before the order is placed on the confirmation page.
